Cancellation Policy
Custom Cutouts & Banner Agreement By placing an order, you agree to the following: Orders & Design: All orders must include accurate details, sizes, and images. A proof will be sent for approval. Production begins only after approval and full payment. Payment: Full payment is required before work begins. A payment link will be sent after your quote is approved. Turnaround Time: Orders are completed within 3–5 business days after approval and payment. Larger or rush orders may require additional time or fees. Revisions: Up to 2 minor revisions are included. Additional changes may incur fees. No changes can be made after final approval. Cancellations & Refunds: All sales are final due to the custom nature of products. No refunds once production has started. Client Responsibility: Clients must review proofs carefully. We are not responsible for approved errors or low-quality images provided. Pickup/Delivery: We are not responsible for damages after items are picked up or delivered and accepted. Photo Release: We may use photos of completed work for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing. Agreement: Submitting payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
