Cancellation Policy
Client Service Agreement For 360 Complete Creations Booking A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. Rescheduling You may reschedule your event once with at least 5 days' notice, subject to availability. Setup & Breakdown Setup and breakdown services or our equipment are included in our prices. Travel Free travel is included within a 25-mile radius of Conroe Tx. 77303. Locations beyond this may incur a fee of $1 per additional mile. Damages The client is responsible for any loss or damage to rented items during the event. A fee may be charged to cover repair or replacement. Cancellations Cancellations result in loss of deposit. Media Use By booking with us, you agree that we may use photos/videos from your event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing. Weather Policy (for outdoor events) We reserve the right to cancel services if weather conditions present a danger to staff or equipment. In such cases, a credit may be issued toward a future date.
